Consent to enquiry processing

I consent to Мысяков Кирилл Дмитриевич (Kirill Dmitrievich Mysyakov), a self-employed individual applying the Russian professional income tax regime, processing information I provide through the form at https://kirillmysyakov.ru: first and last name, phone number, company name and website, and information I voluntarily include in my comment.

The purpose is to respond to my enquiry, clarify my challenge and discuss a possible consultation. Consent does not cover advertising mailings, disclosure to advertisers or public dissemination.

I authorise collection, recording, organisation, storage, correction, retrieval, use for the stated purpose, access for Tilda/Tilda CRM on the controller’s instructions, sending the enquiry information to the controller’s personal Telegram for notification and enquiry processing, deletion and destruction using automated and non-automated means. On the controller’s side, enquiries are handled by Kirill Dmitrievich Mysyakov. The controller contacts me at the phone number I provide to respond to my enquiry.

Consent lasts until the purpose is achieved or I withdraw it, for no longer than 10 years from receipt. Information must not be retained longer than necessary for that purpose unless an independent legal or contractual ground applies.

I can withdraw consent by emailing mysyakovkirill@gmail.com with the subject “Withdrawal of consent to personal data processing”. Where no other lawful ground exists, processing ends and information is deleted under the relevant legal procedures and time limits.

This is a separate consent document. The Personal Data Processing Policy describes processing conditions. Consent is expressed by a separate checkbox selection when submitting the form; it is not preselected. Visiting this page or filling fields without submitting does not mean consent has been obtained.
